• Provide 24/7 contact with the charterer, airline ops and crew
• Supervise handlers, caterers, fuellers, security, ATC etc to expedite quick turnaround
• Send arrival and departure messages
• Ensure flight plans are filed and all permits and clearances received prior to operation, brief crew accordingly
• Carry cash for payment where credit not available / possible
• Source and pay where required ad hoc parts, catering, transport and other unplanned events
• Supervision of load / offload of baggage, cargo and passengers and maintain manifests accordingly
• Arrange local crew hotel accommodation, transport etc
• Arrange local medical assistance where needed
• Manage unplanned diversions and arrange all of the above in the event that the aircraft must divert away from the planned destination airport
