For the fourth time in five years Air Dispatch has played a key role in supporting a major US airline in the delivery of a significant airlift for a key client.
Each year a major US insurance company rewards it’s top salespeople with a week’s trip abroad, these have included London and Rome and this year it was the turn of Vienna.
Every week for 5 weeks large groups of passengers are flown in and out of the host city in a well co-ordinated plan, which includes air and ground transportation and hotels.
Air Dispatch staff plan the handling at the chosen airport, ensuring that the handling agents, airport management and other service suppliers are fully aware of the clients requirements and are geared up to provide a time critical and quality performance.
Air Dispatch is proud to have worked with with this customer in several European cities to ensure that their client continues to make the airline it’s preferred supplier. Air Dispatch offers the carrier a local presence ensuring that it has a close working relationship with it’s suppliers.
At the same time the carrier also had a major airlift for a key client in Barcelona, this required 5 widebody aircraft arriving and departing in a short span of time with cruise bound passengers. Again Air Dispatch worked for a number of months prior to the operation with the handler and the airport authorities in Barcelona to ensure that this massive airlift went without a hitch.
Air Dispatch regularly works with Chapman-Freeborn VIP, Passenger Charters, and Paragon-Global to provide an on-site or riding presence, ensuring that their important clients have a focal point at the point of delivery. This is available on a worldwide basis, and Air Dispatch staff have experience in all five continents.
