Prague office win best European Station award for Swiss
Once again the Air Dispatch office in Prague is in the news, this time because it has won the award for the best performing station in Europe in 2007.
Air Dispatch provides ticketing and flight supervision for Swiss utilising a dedicated team of 3 ticketing agents and four supervisors lead by the station manager Mrs Michaela Slapalova. The categories the award was based on included:
- Ticket sales
- Punctuality
- Aircraft handling
- Handling of irregular operations
- The criteria used in the judging included
- Product Knowledge
- Professional, Conduct
- Level of Client service
- Stress management
The judging was carried out via self reporting, Head office inspections and reports filed by passengers and staff flying through the station.
