Air Dispatch Amsterdam coordinate training for Air Transat hander change
The Air Dispatch office in Amsterdam was recently involved in coordination and delivery of a full training package to Air Transat’s new ground handler. Often a handling change is a difficult time for an airline, familiar procedures and people suddenly disappear and new relationships have to be formed and procedures established. As well as providing the vital continuity to keep the operation moving forward The Air Dispatch team coordinated the delivery of the product training to the new handler and established the service level expectations.
This has proved to be a great benefit and the seamless transition between handlers has been proof of this.
