Welcome to Portugalia
On the 14th April Air Dispatch in France
welcomed Portugalia as our newest customer. Portugalia
had started to operate
to Paris CDG at the start of the Summer Season which coincided
with a wave of industrial action throughout France. Portugalia
were very keen that we started quickly and we were able to
start handling the 4 times a day operation with just 10 hours
notice. Herve Marin the country manager for France said “ it
is a testament to our staff that as soon as we received the
first call we were able to send our manger at CDG to an implementation
meeting whilst other staff completely redesigned the roster
to allow for the extra workload”
Already after just two weeks the number and duration of
ground handling delays has fallen significantly.
