Air Dispatch provides their own Airport Ticket Office (ATO) service at several major international airports for airlines that do not have their own on-airport ticketing facilities. In addition, we have the ability to act as Passenger General Sales Agent (GSA). This is an area of particular growth for Air Dispatch in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland.

Despite the increasing use of e-ticketing, we expect these services to further expand into other major European airports, as it has become evident that passengers value the back-up support and customer service that these facilities provide.
