Air Dispatch provides its own Airport Ticket Office (ATO) service at several major international airports for airlines that do not have their own on-airport ticketing facilities. In addition, we have the ability to act as Passenger General Sales Agent (GSA).

Despite the increasing use of e-ticketing, we expect these services to further expand into other major European airports, as it has become evident that passengers value the back-up support and customer service that these facilities provide.
