Load Controller PRG 

Our office in Prague, Czech Republic is looking to recruit a Load Controller responsible for the production of weight & balance documentation for the customer airlines of Air Dispatch CLC, using the processes and procedures specified for that carrier. These may be electronic or paper based.

Responsibilities
• Production of weight & balance documentation for flights specified by the Air Dispatch CLC Duty Manager.
• All weight & balance documentation produced must be in accordance with the requirements of the customer airline and the safety & quality procedures of Air Dispatch CLC.
• To liaise with customer airlines and their contractors as required to produce the required weight & balance documentation
• To carry out any reasonable request by an Air Dispatch CLC manager or supervisor in the course of their duties.
• To maintain currency in the duties they are rostered to undertake.
• To read and acknowledge receipt of all communications issued regarding updates, changes and issues related to the duties undertaken.

Requirements
• Successful completion of the Air Dispatch CLC training courses and recurrent training courses required by the Loadcontroller position to be undertaken.
• Successful completion of the required IATA Dangerous Goods training course and the required recurrent training courses.
• Meet the required standard of training and currency required by the customer airlines of Air Dispatch to which they are allocated.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good computing skills
• A good standard of both Czech and English language both oral and written

Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English language is mandatory.
Shift work including weekend and night shifts.
Salary and other information: Commensurate with the position

Skills and experience requirement

Training Manager Prague 

 

Job Purpose: Responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of Air Dispatch CLC Training Course as well as the Air Dispatch Training Manual and its compliance with ISAGO and IATA Training requirements.

Reports to: HR Manager

Direct reports: Trainers

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Air Dispatch CLC Training Manual and training standards required for operational processes
  • Ensuring that all training courses and course materials are maintained to the standards required by the Air Dispatch CLC Training Manual
  • Ensuring that Air Dispatch CLC remains compliant to the needs of the CLC Quality Process, its customer airlines, and the ISAGO process for courses for which the Trainer Manager is responsible
  • Responsible for ensuring that the training records for courses are to the standards required by the Air Dispatch CLC Training Manual
  • To ensure that the materials used for the training courses delivered by the trainer are current, valid and meet the standards required for the course
  • Responsible for close cooperation with HQ and its Training Section to Simplify the training processes and effectively exploit the training tools from the Group
  • Responsible for the implementation of new training standards and processes adhere to improve operational processes and required standards

Targets:

  • To ensure that Air Dispatch CLC training courses either developed or delivered meet the standards required by the CLC Management System and its customer
  • To identify new training requirements and opportunities as required by the changing needs of the airline industry and the Air Dispatch CLC business
  • Cooperation with dnata group Training department to implement new standards and training processes

Skills and experience Requirement:

  • 3 years experiences in aviation ground operations, training experiences are advantage
  • Good understanding of aviation theories and principles
  • Good general education level, communication and presentation skills

Fluent in Czech/Polish and English language
