Key responsibilities
* Responsibility for the whole HR agenda across the both CLC –Prague and Warsaw
* Responsibility for the staffing, recruitment and development of employees
* Coordination of HR activities related with priorities of the company
* Implementation of new HR strategies and processes
* Unification of HR processes in both station and HQ in Dubai
* Project QUANTUM and its implementation
* Coordination of the payroll processes and C&B system
* Management of a small team and close cooperation with other managers
* Employer branding, organization of the company events, cooperation with schools and other external providers

Skills and experience requirement
* Experience and orientation the in HR field, at least 3 years of working experience in the position HR Manager/ HR Generalist
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Proactivity, leadership and ability to motivate people
* Ability to set the priorities and a sense of self-motivation
* Knowledge of English language – daily written
